"The repairman fixed the faucet, but had to come back after spending 2.5 hours here and not accomplishing the task on his first visit. SInce the soldering wasn't holding with water in the pipe interfering, he did not have the proper piece with him to make it an easy fix. Just a little surprised that he wasn't given the proper part in case what he was trying to do was not working. He was in a crawl space and I felt bad that he had to come back and re-do the work. he came in on his day off to finish the work and I was very appreciative of that.Also, according to the coupon, there was supposed to be a general inspection of my plumbing to see if there were any problems. That also did not happen, most likely due to the fact he had spent more time than was actually needed on the repair."
