My experience was very good. Reick Mechanical was very experienced and considerate in the installation of my new Rinnai system. So far it has worked flawlessly. I think it's still a little early to tell so check back in a year.

The installation of the Rinnai tankless system and the air handler to replace both our natural gas central heating furnace and tire hot water heater was very well done. The installation came just before the major cold that invaded the KC area the week of Christmas. The units have performed flawlessly through it all. We have yet to receive a natural gas bill to compare our usage. But it has to be less than in the past. Brad and the crew did a wonderful job. Clarence Matthews

Installation Contractor came out on a Friday night, and installed the unit. I was impressed and very thankful for his committment to his profession and job. I had hot water the very next day. What a relief that was.

The Rinnai representative not only possessed a superior knowledge of the product, but also proficient expertise about its' design, and its' installation in our home. He was very particular about explaining every detail of the product, in layman's language, ensuring that we fully understood everything and what we could expect from the Rinnai tankless water heater. He went on to thoroughly explain the whole process, step by step, so that we also completely understood exactly what would take place once the installation process began. He welcomed our questions. We really appreciated his courteous, patient, and amiable demeanor. Even during the rapid installation, he took the time to communicate with us often, to show us the progress he was making. We were amazed the work area was kept very neat and clean which we greatly appreciated. We are very pleased with the great job that was performed. It was a pleasure to witness a true professional at work, someone who knows what he is doing and what he is talking about.

Riech Mechanical CO was inpressive and so knowledgiable about the product and the installation very professional. I had an other Tankless Co give me a estimate with a firm cost. Thier cost changed with in a week. I am so thankfull that R-MECH with Rinnai products exceeded my expectation.

Our contractor did way more than he needed to make us happy. We had a lot of circumstances but they worked at our problems until we were satisfied. I would recommend them for ANY plumbing needs. I can truthfully say we have finally found a plumber in the KC area.

Friendly service, knowledgeable technicians and great installation.

The only caution that I would offer is to make sure that the flow rate through shower heads with flow restrictors is high enough to keep the unit heating water. Below 0.5 gallons per minute and the unit sensors may shut it off in the middle of your shower. The contractor figured this problem out righ away and assisted with modifying tyhe shower head flow restrictors.

The installer was great at finding the best place to put the unit and explained the process and even saved me money with this greatest location.

The instaler explained every part of the installation and tested all plumbing fittings for leaks. Very through.

The install process was extremely well timed and done in an expediant manner. By knowlegeble installers, who took time to explain why and what they were doing. They were very helpful and dedicated, I was impressed and will use them for future installs and service work! I will also recommend them to my friends, neighbors and co-workers.

I would use this company for any plumbing work without hesitation.

Great job - I'm impressed

Wonderful product. Only downside is that it takes longer to get hot water from low volume faucets than the old 40 gallon tank. Regardless, we love the Rinnai.

quick and clean installation

So-called traditional water heaters make no sense. That the tankless water heater has taken as long as it has to become more or less easily available is absurd. (I first heard of these at least thirty years ago.)

If I were building new or replacing a hot water heater I would recommend the Rinnai.

They were very nice willing to come out after hours because we had no hot water! Cleaned up everything and took the old water heater with them!

It makes the water softer, it does take about 10 - 20 seconds to get warm. Space saving area. Did a great job. I would recommend this Rinnai Dealer. It was a great investment with a friendly smile.
